Last updated October 14, 2026. This policy explains what information Gene Rios Realty (“we”) collects through generiosrealty.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form on this site, such as the contact form or a property package request, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, the property or area you are interested in, and your message.
- Property searches. Listing search is provided by IDX Broker. Searches and saved listings on those pages are handled under IDX Broker’s own privacy policy.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location. We use it to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and send information you request, including property packages.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text message.
- To keep records required of a licensed real estate brokerage in New York.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (for example our web host and email provider), when required by law, or with your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and to meet our recordkeeping obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing genem@generiosrealty.com or calling 845-336-6100.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial information through our forms.
